Candidates must have the given below Qualification for UPSC Recruitment 2024.

For Specialist Grade III-

A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in subsection (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
Candidates must have Post-Graduate degree/Diploma in the concerned specialty mentioned in Section A or Section-B in Schedule VI or equivalent i.e. M.S.,Oto-Rhino-Laryngology (ENT), D.I.O. (Diploma in Oto-rhinolaryngology).
For Scientist-B –

Candidates must have Master’s Degree in Physics/ Chemistry from a recognized University/ Institute.
Candidates must have One year practical experience in the testing/ evaluation of building construction materials employing physical methods of analysis in a recognised Laboratory/ Institute OR Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Technology/ Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.
Candidates must have 02 years’ practical experience in the testing/evaluation of building construction materials employing physical methods of analysis in a recognized Laboratory/Institute.
For Administrative Officer Grade-I –

Candidates must have a Degree of a recognized University or Institute.
Experience– Candidates must have 03 years of experience in a supervisory capacity of Administration, Accounts and Establishment work in a Government office or Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous body or Statutory body.

UPSC Assistant Director Selection Process
