    • Qualification: Graduation in Statistics/Mathematics/ Economics/Computer (BCA)Programme Officer.
  • Programme Manager
    • Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Social Work/Sociology/ Child Development/ Human Rights Public Administration/Psychology/ Psychiatry/Law/Public Health/ Community Resource Management.
  • Social Worker
    • Qualification: Graduate preferably BA in Social Work/Sociology/Social Sciences.
  • Outreach Worker
    • Qualification: 12th pass
  • Assistant-cum-Data Entry Operator
    • Qualification: 12th pass with Diploma/Certificate in Computers.
  • Call Operator
    • Qualification: 10+2 with good communication skills in Hindi, English and / or regional languages and having requisite qualification

• Call Supervisor
  • Qualification: B.E/B Tech in (CS or IT or E&C or E&E)/MCA/MSc IT/ NIELIT B-Level Course
• Call Centre Executives
  • Qualification: 10+2 with good communication skills in Hindi, and English 6 months’ computer diploma from a recognized institute/ NIELIT O-Level/ CCC certificate.

• Asst-Cum-DEO : Rs. 13240/-
• Data Analyst: Rs.18536/-
• Call Operator: Rs. 11,850/-
• Programme Officer: Rs. 34,755/-
• Programme Manager For PC-Based Call Centre: Rs.46,340/-
