Whereas, pursuant to the above, representations were received in the Board,
pertaining to the various issues w.r.t withdrawal of candidature, post kept
reserved, which were examined as per the available record/extant guidelines; and
Whereas, an applicant filed an O.A. in the Hon’ble Central Administrative
Tribunal (CAT) vide O.A. No. 61/ 135/2024 titled Sandeep Singh Pangoch V/s UT
of J&K and Ors. The said O.A. was disposed by the Hon’ble CAT with the order
dated O9.02.2024, whose operative part reads as follows:

Accordingly, the Original Application is disposed of, at the admission
stage itself, without entering into the merits of the case, with a direction to
applicant respondents to treat a copy of this Original Application as
representation and decide the samne by passing a reasoned and speaking
order within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a certified copy
of this order.»
