JKPSC JKAS Appointment Order Notification Download Appointment of candidates to the Junior Scale of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service, J&K Police (Gazetted) Service and J&K Accounts (Gazetted) Service under direct recruitment quota through the Combined Competitive Examination, 2022.

Letter No. PSC/Exam/CCE(M)/2022/23 dated 13.10.2023, 08.11.2023 and 20.12.2023 from the J&K Public Service Commission.
Pursuant to the selection made on the basis of the Combined Competitive Examination-2022 and as recommended by the Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission, sanction is hereby accorded to the temporary appointment of the candidates as per Annexure-I to this order, against the posts in the Junior Scale of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service, J&K Police (Gazetted) Service and J&K Accounts (Gazetted) Service in the pay level 8 (47600-151100) with immediate effect.

The appointees shall be on probation for a period of two years during which they shall undergo such training and pass the Departmental Examination as prescribed under rules.
The candidates allotted to Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service, J&K Police (G) Service and J&K Accounts (G) Service shall report to the Director General, J&K Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development (IMPA&RD) for undergoing foundation course as per the Training.
Policy notified vide Government Order No. 916-GAD of 2019 dated 9.8.2019.
The candidates allotted to J&K Police (G) Service and J&K Accounts (G) Service, after completion of the foundation course at J&K IMPA&RD shall report to the Director General of Police, J&K and Director General, Accounts and Treasuries, AK respectively for undergoing the prescribed training while as the candidates allotted to Junior JKAS shall continue to undergo the prescribed training at J&K IMPA&RD.

The appointees shall be allowed to join only on production of the following certificates in original:-
(i) Qualification Certificate
(ii) Date of Birth Certificate
(iii) Domicile Certificate
(iv) Relevant Category Certificate
(v) Any other certificate required under rules.
The candidates who fail to join within a period of 21 (twenty one) days from the date of issuance of the appointment order shall forego their right to appointment which shall be deemed to have been cancelled abinitio without any further notice.
The salary of the appointees shall be drawn and disbursed to them after the receipt of the satisfactory reports in respect of genuineness of Qualification/Date of Birth/Relevant Category Certificates and subject to production of an affidavit (as per Annexure-II) to this order. In case, any candidate is adversely reported upon by the verifying agency or any certificate is found not to be genuine/valid, he/she shall have no claim to hold the post to which appointed and his/her appointment shall automatically stands cancelled without any further notice.
If any candidate has taken loan for self-employment from DIC/Employment Department, to be ascertained from the District Industries Centre (DIC) and District Employment & Counseling Centre of the domicile District, he/she shall relinquish the proprietorship of unit/enterprise and also stakes, if any, in such self-employment unit/enterprise before joining the Government service. He/she shall be required to repay the entire loan liability in suitable EMIs to be worked out by the DDO concerned from his/her salary. DDO concerned shall obtain an affidavit from the concerned appointee regarding both relinquishment of proprietorship and stakes, if any, in such a self-employment unit/ enterprise and recovery to be made and also personally monitor its recovery.
It is further ordered that the names in the appointment order shall not be construed in order of their seniority which shall be determined by their respective cadre controlling departments in terms of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956.
