JK Police Constable How to Apply Online 2024

Below are the steps to apply for JK Police Constable Recruitment 2024. The online application will be notified soon by the board. Follow the instructions carefully.

Step 1: Go to the official website of the JKSSB and find the apply online link.

Step 2: Fill in the application form with all the necessary information.

Step 3: Attach the required documents and recent passport size photograph in the prescribed format.

Step 4: Pay the application fee.

Step 5: Double-check all the information entered and click on the submit button.

Step 6: Download and take a printout of the application form.

Step 7: Alternatively, candidates can visit the official website and click on the relevant link. Then follow steps 2 to 6.

JK Police Constable Application Fee 2024

Candidates are expected to pay Rs. 500/-

JK Police Constable Age Criteria

• Candidates must be between the ages of 18 to 28 years.
• Age relaxation will be given to certain candidates as per the decision of the board.
• In the case of serving SPOs with a continuous period of engagement of a minimum of three years and Voluntary Home Guards (VHGs) with a period of engagement of a minimum of five years, the upper age limit shall be 37 years.
• For Ex-Servicemen it shall be 48 years.

JK Police Constable Educational Qualification Criteria

• Candidates must have passed the matriculation (10th Class) exam or equivalent certificate issued by the government-recognized board before applying for the JK police online form.

JK Police Constable Selection Process 2024

The JK Police Constable selection process will consist of three stages. Candidates who clear all the stages and make it to the final merit list will be selected for the post. The stages of expected selection will be as follows.

Stage-I – Written Examination

Stage-II – Physical Standards Test

Stage-III – Document Verification.

JK Police Constable Syllabus 2024

Candidates must have a thorough understanding of JK Police constable before they strategize their study plan. Below is the syllabus to go through.

• General Awareness & Knowledge
• Elementary Mathematics
• Analytical Aptitude & Ability
• General English

JK Police PET (Physical Endurance Test) Qualification:

• Long Race for Male = 1600 meters in 6 ½ minutes
• Long Race for Females = 1000 meters in 6 ½ minutes
• Pushups (only for male candidates) = 20 (on the cycle of up and download to be counted as one)
• Shot Put (4 Kgs) = 14 ½ feet in 3 attempts
