JEE Main 2024 Answer Key: National Testing Agency, NTA concluded JEE Main 2024 Session 1 examination on February 1, 2024. JEE Main 2024 Answer Key will be released in due course of time. Candidates who have appeared for NTA JEE Session 1 examination can check the provisional answer key through the official website of NTA JEE at jeemain.nta.ac.in.

JEE Mains Session 1 examination was conducted on January 24, 27, 29, 30, 31 and February 1, 2024, at various exam centres across the country. The exam was conducted in two shifts-first shift from 9 am to 12 noon and the second shift from 3 pm to 6 pm.

Along with the release of the provisional answer key, the objection window will also open. Candidates can raise objections against the answer key by paying an amount of processing fees.     The Examination was also conducted in 21 cities outside India Manama, Doha, Dubai, Kathmandu, Muscat, Riyadh, Sharjah, Singapore, Kuwait City, Kuala Lumpur, Lagos/Abuja, Colombo, Jakarta, Moscow, Ottawa, Port Louis, Bangkok, and Washington D.C.

    The examination was also conducted in Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong, and Oslo cities for the first time.

    JEE Main 2024: Reservation criteria

    Scheduled Caste (SC) – 15% of seats in every course.

    Scheduled Tribe (ST) – 7.5% of seats in every course.

    Persons with Disability (PwD) – 5% seats in each GENERAL, GEN-EWS, OBCNCL, SC, and ST category seats.

    Candidates with at least 40% impairment irrespective of the type of disability shall be eligible for the benefits of the PwD category.

    Correct answer or the most appropriate answer: Four marks (+4)

    Any incorrect option marked will be given minus one mark (-1).

    Unanswered/Marked for Review will be given no mark (0).

    If more than one option is found to be correct then Four marks (+4) will be awarded to only those who have marked any of the correct options.

    If all options are correct, then Four marks (+4) will be awarded to all those who have attempted the question.
